Shipping Policies

We ship to all states in the USA, some countries in America, Europe and Australia.

Standard Delivery. We are pleased to provide standard delivery at no additional cost. We aim to dispatch your item(s) the next day the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days provided that the order is placed before 8pm on Monday to Friday and within the USA. Shipping time out of USA will take 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Please be aware if you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday

Express Delivery. We are pleased to provide a same day delivery service be it weekends and/or public holidays at an extra cost provided that the order is placed before 8pm and will aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days within the USA.

Delivery Duration. You can see the estimated dispatch time of your order online using your tracking information which will be provided to you by our courier used. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Orders can be changed or modified until an order is fulfilled. Please contact our Customer Support.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking information.

For damage products, please provide photos and videos of the device, the packaging and the receipt to our Customer Support. 

Canceling an order for any reason will incur a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the original total.
